Soak peeled chunks of cucumbers overnight in salt water. Rinse and dry.

Boil:
2 cups vinegar
2-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
cinnamon stick

Directions:

Boil brine and cukes til glossy - pack in jars and pour brine over. Seal jars. Process 5 minutes in hot water bath.
