1 box of mini dried penne pasta (12 or 16 ounces)
1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp (peeled)
7 oz. of pesto with basil
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. light chicken broth
3 or 4 T. drained oil-packed sun dried tomatoes
salt and pepper






Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3 quarts water to a boil. Add pasta and cook stirring so it will not stick for about 12 minutes (al dente). Drain and return to pan. Add shrimp, pesto, cream, broth, and dried tomatoes to pasta; stir over medium heat until hot and evenly incorporated , 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
