8 T. butter
1 finely sliced onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 c. red wine
Flour, salt, and pepper for dusting quails.

Directions:
Directions:
Dust quails in flour with salt and pepper. Heat 8 T. butter and sauté 1 onion thinly sliced, 2 cloves garlic finely chopped, till clear. Add quails and brown slightly. Add 1 C. red wine. Cover and simmer on medium heat for about 45 minutes.
