1 medium mango
1/2 pineapple
1 medium papaya (if available)
1 medium jalapeno
1 small red onion
1 T. lime juice
1 T. lime zest
1 T. chopped cilantro
coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut mango, papaya, and pineapple in 1/2 inch pieces. Dice red onion, jalapeno (seeded), chop fresh cilantro. Mix all with lime juice, zest, and coarse salt.
