Ingredients:  
1 cup of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
1 t. salt
1/2 t. ground black pepper
1 T. chopped garlic
1/4 t. red pepper flakes
juice of half lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and pulse UNTIL well chopped, but not pureed. Mix and let it stand for an hour at room temperature. Serve over steak.
