1 c. fresh cilantro
1 c. unflavored yogurt
1 c. fat free or lite mayonnaise
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1 or 2 chile serranos
juice of 2 lemons
salt to taste
Add either a dash of tobasco or worcestershire sauce to
taste.

Put all in blender, stems and all and pour into mold sprayed with Pam and let it congeal. Unmold and serve with tostadas.

You can add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or Tabasco sauce
