1 lb. boiled, peeled small or medium size shrimp
1/4 onion diced small
5 chile piquins
1 or 2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 1/2 Knorr Suiza chicken w/tomato bouillion cubes
1 can peeled tomatoes (mashed) or you can use Rotel
1 1/2 t, Blackened Redfish seasoning
small amount of cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pan with small amount of oil. Add onion and sauté till clear, then add the mashed chile piquin and garlic. Add the bouillion cubes and the can of mashed tomatoes. Add the blackened redfish seasoning and let it simmer, making sure you mash up and dissolve the bouillion cubes, about 10-15 minutes. Add shrimp after sauce is ready and cook together for a minute or two while you add cilantro. Serve over white rice.
