1 large can drained crushed pineapple
1 can of Eagle Brand milk
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pint whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple, milk, pecans, and lemon juice together. Whip cream and add sugar and vanilla. Add to pineapple mixture . Pour into graham cracker crust or baked pie crust. Refrigerate.
