2 pounds beef rib-eye roast cut into small strips
6 cloves garlic, chopped , divided
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. ground cumin
2 t. salt
2 T. olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 pounds Roma tomatoes, chopped
6 serrano chili peppers, seeded and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, 4 cloves garlic, and next 3 ingredients in a storage container. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Add onion, remaining 2 cloves of garlid, and beef and saute 10 minutes or until browned. Add tomato and chili pepper and cook, uncovered, for 45 to 60 minutes or until sauce is thickened and meat is tender.
