1/2 c. olive oil
juice of 4 limes
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
dash of cayenne pepper
black pepper to taste
seasoned salt to taste
4 to 6 redfish fillets

Directions:

Combine oil and next 4 ingredients. Sprinkle seasoned salt over fillets. Dip or marinate fillets in oil mixture. Grill over mesquite coals, or cook on a gas grill or under a broiler
