1 c. Package Herb Stuffing Mix
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion - Chopped
Celery - Finely Chopped To Add To Stuffing
1/3 c. Evaporated Milk
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular)
1 tbsp. Ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Prepare stuffing mix according to package. If desired, finely chop a little celery and add to the water when making the stuffing.

Combine evaporated milk, onion and ground beef. Divide into five (5) patties on waxed paper. Work into a circle.

Put 1/4 c. herb stuffing in center of each and draw meat over, stuff and seal.

Place in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes.

You can also add one (1) Maggi bouillon cube to stuffing mix.
