Ingredients:  
4 cooked chicken breasts or 4 C. chopped chicken
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans chopped tomatoes
4 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1 medium onion, sliced in rings and sauteed in butter
1/2 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve soup over a thin layer of crushed taco chips in bottom of soup bowl. Add grated Monterey Jack cheese on top.
