2 lbs. ground beef
1 small white onion, chopped
1 medium bag of frozen veggies
2 lbs. of fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 (8 oz)cans of cream of garlic mushroom soup
box of instant potatoes
salt
pepper
garlic powder
extra sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauté pan combine the ground beef, chopped onion, and sliced mushrooms. Cook on medium heat until the meat is browned and the onions and mushrooms become tender. Drain. Add the bag of veggies and the cream soup. Heat thoroughly.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Transfer to baking dish.
In a medium pan, make the instant potatoes according to the directions on the box, depending on the size of baking dish you are using. You want to make enough to cover the meat mixture about two inches high.
After covering the meat mixture with the potatoes, sprinkle shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350º until cheese is completely melted.
