4 c. Grated Potatoes
5 Eggs - Beaten Lightly
2 tsp. Salt
Flour
1/2 c. Grated Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, if potatoes are watery spoon off as much liquid as possible. Add two (2) tbsp. flour to potatoes, mix well.

In a heavy skillet (Grandma used an electric frying pan) heated quite hot with 1/4" of cooking oil place spoonfuls of potato mixture.

Cook until browned on both sides. Cook at 340º for approximately two (2) to three (3) minutes per side.
