2 Pounds Hambuger Meat
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 Cans Pinto Beans (w/ jalapenos if you like)
2 Cans Sliced Potatoes (I use fresh pre boiled red potatoes--about 3 red ones)
2 Cans Corn
2 Cans Chopped Tomatoes
Chili Powder, To Taste
Pepper, To Taste
Garlic, To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together 2 lbs of hambuger, onion chopped, and bell pepper. Add pinto beans, sliced potatoes, corn, and chopped tomatoes. Add chili powder, pepper and garlic to taste.

Use all the juices from the canned stuff. If I used fresh potatoes I use the water the potatoes cooked in.

Heat until everything is heathed through and potatoes are done.

To make a roaster full, I use 5 cans of each, 6 pounds of hamburger meat, and about 7 potatoes.
