2 large potatoes
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Dash of salt
Dash of dried basil
Dash of marjoram
Dash of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub and peel potatoes. Cut each crosswise into 1/4 in. slices, cutting each slice only 3/4 way through potato. In 9x9 in. baking pan, place potatoes, sliced side up. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake, brushing occasionally with melted butter in 400 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are golden and slices fan out.
