Marinade:
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
6 to 8 (4oz.) trout fillets (perch, pike, or other light meat fish may be used)

Butter:
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over the fish. Refrigerate in marinade for about 30 min. Meanwhile, prepare combination butter and set aside. Brush outdoor grill with vegetable oil. Place fillets on oiled grill over hot coals and cook about 2 min. on each side or until fish begins to flake. Serve immediately with sesame soy butter as a sauce over the fish.
