Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, divided
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
4 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
2 1/4 c. Royal cheesecake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Set aside 2 tbsp. of graham cracker crumb. Using an electric mixer, mix the remaining graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter or margarine in a bowl for 3 min. Spread crumb mixture onto bottom of a greased springform pan (9 in.) packing firmly with a flat surfaced utensil. Bake for 3 min. Set aside to cool.
Put cream into a large bowl and beat until soft peaks form. Add buttermilk and cheesecake mix, then mix thoroughly, about 2 min. Pour into cooled crust, smooth and level the top with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumbs evenly over top of cake. Chill for a minimum of 1 hour before cutting and serving. This makes a very large, high cheesecake.
