apples
pears
peaches
pineapple
raisins (optional)
any other fruit desired
*optional canned fruit juice drained
miniature marshmallows
mayonnaise
canned milk
vanilla
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fruit into bite sized pieces into a large bowl. In separate bowl mix mayonnaise, canned milk and sugar to personal taste. Add vanilla and stir. Add to fruit mixture. Chill and serve.

This recipe was a favorite at Perry's Restaurant in Tulare, California which was a popular stop for truckers. Mom worked there in the 70's and even the Globe Trotters stopped in to eat one day.
