1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs unbeaten
1 c. powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:

Take cocoa and blend in oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat. Beat after each addition. Add vanilla and sift together flour, baking powder. Stir into chocolate mixture. Chill soft dough. Shape into small balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake on greased baking sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.

My brother, Dennis gave me this recipe many years ago. Sadly, he died May 5th in 1996 and this recipe is being put in this book in memory of him. He is missed so very much...
