1 ½ c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 ½ c. milk
1 ¼ c. heavy cream
1 cube butter, melted
1 ¼ lbs. White bread, cubed

Caramel Sauce
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. butter
1 c. maple or corn syrup
1 1/3 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, eggs, cream, milk and butter in a bowl. Mix together. Add the bread and fold it in. Coat a 9x13 baking pan with Pam and pour in mixture. Pour the caramel sauce over the top and bake at 350º for 30 min. Check, rotate and bake up at 30 more min. until golden brown.

(Caramel Sauce)
Combine sugars, butter and syrup in a pot and cook over Med-high heat until ingredients liquefy. (the sauce gets Very HOT!) Remove from heat and add the cream.
(I make extra sauce to drizzle on each serving)
