3 cups cooked cabbage - squeeze excess water from cabbage
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbsp. Romano or Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste
4 or 5 eggs

Mix - then let stand before frying. You can prepare a day ahead and refrigerate.
Spoon into frying pan and fry with a little oil and flip - cook both sides. They are usually about the size of a cookie.
