3 cups mashed potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes. Cool and mix in order given. Roll very thin on floured board. Bake on a hot lefse griddle at 450 degrees.

I wonder how many people still make lefse? It is probably becoming a lost art. Mom and I still make it, and the family enjoys it. I hope my sons and their families will choose to make lefse (at least for the holidays) and carry on the tradition. This is pretty time consuming, but SO worth it!
