3-lbs. hamburger (4 lbs. if you like a lot of meat)
1 onion
1 lg. can (12 or 16 oz.) red chile sauce (Las Palmas)
1 lg. can (12 or 16 oz.) green chile sauce (Las Palmas)
1 lg. can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans of corn (DO NOT DRAIN)
(optional) 1 lg. can slliced olives (DO NOT DRAIN)
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 pkg. (6) of XLT tamales (found in the butter and cheese isle at grocery store)
salt & pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and onion together. Drain grease. Put in large pan. Add all ingredients and stir well. Shred cheese and put on top.
