1 pint corn
1 pint peas
1 pint tomatoes
1 cup rice, cooked
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger with onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 1/2 lbs hamburger with onion. Combine ingredients and bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
You can use canned corn and peas.

This rice hot dish is a recipe from Alma Regelstad, submitted by her son and daughter in law, John and Carol Regelstad. Alma's mother was Marguerite Dahl Eiken.
This hot dish was usually served when chickens were butchered in the fall.
