4 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 3/4 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Water
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut together flour, salt and shortening until crumbs are about the size of peas.
Mix together water, egg, vinegar and sugar.
Add liquid mixture to crumbs and mix until it forms a ball.
Let stand in refrigerator at least 15 minutes before rolling out.
