Crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans
First layer:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Second layer:
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry Jell-O
1 qt. or more sliced fresh strawberries
Whipped cream
Jumbo strawberries for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and pat in 9 x 13" pan and bake 20 min. at 350º. Cool.
Mix first layer ingredients and spread on chilled crust. Chill again.
For second layer: Combine in saucepan the sugar, cornstarch, salt, 7-Up and water. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add Jell-O. Cool. Then add strawberries. Pour over first layer. Refrigerate. Cut in squares and top each with a dollop of whipped cream and a jumbo strawberry.
