Directions:Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Cut the hotdogs into slices. Add both to a large roaster pan that has been sprayed or coated with margarine. Next, in a sauce pan melt the margarine. Add the flour and gradually wisk the milk in to get a cream sauce. Add spices and continue to keep stirring so it does not stick. Add the cream of chicken soup. Continue to cook. When sauce is thick, add it to the potatoes and hotdogs and stir it all together. Cover with tin foil and place in oven at 400º. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft. |

Notes: This was my favorite dinner request when we all used to gather at Pauline's house. She always made it for me whether anyone else liked it, or not. Hope I got the recipe right!
Note from Jackie: Julie, Robert and family visit the farm quite often. Robert is a great help on mom's honey do list and they bring the most interesting stuff to the farm. Dad would be so proud to know that because he was always looking for treasures. Julie, Robert and their kids are the party planners in the family. They can think of the most fun and interesting things when it comes to planning a party. They did the staging for the 70's party on Dewey's farm last year and we all had a blast! Easter parties are another of their specialities. You never know when they will plan the next party, so be ready. You will not want to miss it AND you will have the time of your life!
