2 T. flour
2 c. cream of corn style corn
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 T. butter, melted
3 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and corn. Add sugar, milk, salt and butter. Stir in eggs. Pour into greased casserole 1-2 quart size.
Place in pan of hot water and bake @ 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Jack had a choice on whether he would give it up and share some of the family's recipes or I would just have to put in the only thing I knew he could make, which would be our old recipe for mud pies we used to make when we were young. I was also going to add a picture of him that my mom has of about the time we learned our mud culinary skills. Believe it or not Jack came through and sent me a couple recipes! Thank you Jack, you're a sport!!!!!
