2 mashed bananas
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk

Ron requested that this recipe be added to the recipe book for his mother. Alpha (Ron's mother) entered this recipe in the Riverside Ladies Cookbook in 1951. Ron and my brother Dave have been friends forever. They played hockey on the same team in grade school, in Wannaska, Minnesota (The Mighty Ducks 11) and attended high school together in Roseau, Minnesota until we moved out west. They remained friends and still keep in contact with each other. Thank you Ron for submitting your mom's recipe for the cookbook!
