1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cubes margarine, melted
1 cup chopped pecans. Mix 3 ingredients together and press into 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip. Mix these three ingredients together well and spread evenly over cooled crust.
3 small pkgs. INSTANT chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 cup cool whip. Mix these 3 ingredients together well and spread evenly over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate.

Sprinkle chopped pecans or grated sweet chocolate bar over top of dessert before serving. Keep leftovers in refrigerator.
