1 Cake yeast
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cups warm milk
3 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cups melted crisco luke warm
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp Lemon Extract
Spread and frosting
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar spread on rolled dough
1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup powered sugar
2tsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla nuts and cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Add 1 cup flour, beat until smooth. Add melted crisco, beaten eggs, extract and remaining flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Let rise until double in bulk in warm place (80-85). Punch down roll 1/2" thick on lightly floured board to oblong 9"x18". Spread with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll as jelly roll. Shape in cricle on greased cookie sheet. Seal ends together. Cut almost through roll with scissors at 1 1/2" intervals. Turn every other slice slightly. Let rise until double.
Icing: Combine sugar milk and vanilla. Spread on warm coffee ring. Decorate with nuts and cherries.
