3 cups tomato juice
2 packages lemon jello
2 T. liquid off of olives
1/2 cup chopped green olives
2 cups chopped celery
2 T. chopped onion
2 cups cottage cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 extra T. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato juice and liquid off olives. Heat and add jello and stir until dissolved. Let cook until it begins to congeal, then add the following;
1/2 c. chopped green olives, 2 cups chopped celery, 2 T. chopped onion and 2 cups cottage cheese. This quantity will fill two salad molds.
Add about 1 teaspoon extra plain gelatin so salad will set up properly.
