1 jar marinated artichokes, drained and rinsed
1 can plain artichokes (if no plain 2nd jar can be marinated).
1/2 lb jack cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichoke into fine pieces. Add grated cheese. Add mayoisee and mix together. Put mixture into a shallow pan (ceramic pie plate). Sprinkle with a little jack cheese. Bake at 350º
for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with Ritz crackers. Keeps nicely in refrigerator.
