Sauce:
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp marjarom
1/2 tsp dry basil
1/2 tsp garlic salt


Dough:

1 1/3 cup warm water (105-110F)
1/4 cup powdered milk
4 cups flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 package dry yeast
3 tbsp vegetable oil
butter-flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil & lower heat. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Cool. Best if used 24-48 hours later for best flavor. Keep refrigerated.
Dough:
Put yeast, sugar, salt and dry milk in a large bowl. Add water and stir to mix well. Let rest for a few minutes. Add oil and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and all flour is absorbed.
Turn out on a floured counter . Knead about 10 min. Add more flour, until elastic and no longer sticky.
For individual pan pizzas:
Divide dough into 3 balls. Put about 1 tbsp of veg. oil in 3, 9 in cake pans. Spread evenly.
Use a rolling pin & roll out dough balls to about a 9 in. circle. Place in cake pans. Spray outer edge of dough with cooking spray and cover with dinner plate. Let rise 1-1/2 hours.
Preheat oven to 475F.
Spoon 1/3 cup of sauce on each. Add shredded mozzarella cheese & add toppings of your choice Top with more shredded cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown. Estimated baking time- 8-15minutes depending on thickness of dough.
