Personal Notes:
This fruit salad was shared by Darla Starch.  She brought the salad to our bridge club Christmas dinner each year.  I belonged to the club for 20 years.  Now, I serve it each year at the family Christmas Eve dinner at the Kern home.  Most of our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren have celebrated Christmas Eve at the Kern home every year since they were born. MayBelle, Joan, Bruce and I "grew up" in the Slaton Kern home when it was the Pember home.
