1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. rice (long grain-raw)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in a skillet . Add green pepper, tomatoes, chili powder, salt and last add rice. Bake in covered dish at 350º for 30 minutes or until done.
