1 lg. (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1-12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2. tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cube melted butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, salt and spices together. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top, then sprinkle nuts on top. Drizzle melted butter evenly over top of cake and nuts.
Bake at 350º for approx. 50 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
