chicken breasts
*use seasonings in desired amounts per each chicken breast.
salt
pepper
rosemary
cracker crumbs (approx. 2 cups for 4 chicken breasts)
2 eggs
milk (two tablespoons)
ham (one slice of ham for each chicken breast).
cheese (one slice of cheese, swiss or provolone, for each chicken breast).

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts with wooden malet until very thin.
Season with salt and pepper and rosemary ( I do not measure the seasonings just use as much as I prefer to use).
Lay cheese (swiss or provolone) and ham on breast and roll up.
Combine milk and eggs.
Dip rolled up chicken breast in milk and egg mixture.
Roll in cracker crumbs to coat.
Brown in hot oil and garlic "short time, just enough time to brown both sides...")
Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until done depending on size of chicken breasts.

Serves best with cream sauce over rice. Compliment with peas or green beans.
