1 apple
1 banana
1/2 C. pineapple chunks
1 tsp. Tang (any flavor)
1 bunch seedless grapes
1 kiwi
4 strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse grapes and cut in half. Put in bowl.
2. Cut pineapple chunks in half and add to bowl.
3. Peel kiwi and slice. Add to bowl.
4. Rinse strawberries. Remove stem and cut in half. Add to bowl.
5. Peel and slice banana. Add to bowl.
6. Core apple with apple corer. Chop into bite size pieces. Add to bowl.
7. Sprinkle Tang over fruit mixture. Gently stir until the Tang is dissolved.
8. Serve in small bowls.

This is the first lab for the sixth grade classes. They do well with it, get done on time and most everyone likes it. I have 8th graders who will come back and ask for the recipe. I've even seen served it at potlucks!
