1 C. low-fat chocolate milk
1 ripe medium banana
1 C. chocolate lowfat frozen yogurt
1 T. chocolate syrup
Multicolored sprinkles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel banana; break into chunks and place in blender container.
2. Add milk, yogurt and chocolate syrup. Cover and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses. Top with sprinkles if desired.
