2 cans Vegetarian refined beans
1 can (4oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 ripe avocados, peeled & pitted
2 T. lemon juice
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
dash of garlic powder
dash of cumin
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. shredded lettuce
1 can sliced black olives
4 scallions, washed & sliced
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix refined beans, chilies & taco seasoning in medium mixing bowl. Spread in bottom of large casserole dish. Mash avocados & mix with lemon juice. Add 2 T. salsa, cumin & garlic to taste. Spread on top of refined beans. Spread remainder of salsa on top of avocado mixture. Spread sour cream on top of salsa. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, scallions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
