1-5# hen, boiled and deboned
2 green peppers, chopped
1 cup chickern broth
1 large can tomatoes
1 large can mushrooms
2 small onions,chopped
1 can ripe olives,chopped
butter for browning
2 pkgs.spaghetti
1 lbs. cheese (Velvetta)
salt and popper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and debone chicken
Boil spaghetti in remaining stock from the chicken -15 minutes
Brown mushrooms, green peppers, and onions in butter.
Mix with chopped chicken, spaghetti, broth, tomatoes and olives.
Bake 30 minutes or longer at 300 degrees
Stir in grated cheese Just before serving or sprinkle over spaghetti
Better when reheated and can be frozen

Mom, Maurine Pember, made this when she had their couples bridge club. We were always glad because we got to eat the leftover! Some of their bridge club members were the Haddocks, Vardys, Hickman, Swanners, Stokes, and the Dr. Paynes.
