1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
1 (13 oz.) can mixed nuts
1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup white corn syrup
2 Tblsp. butter
1 Tblsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugars and butter together. Press into 9"x13" greased pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º.
Spread nuts over crust. Combine chips, syrup, butter and water. Heat over low heat until chips melt. Stir well and spread over nuts. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350º. Cool - cut. Can be frozen.

Dear Diary,
Dewey fell out of the Greenbriar today. I pulled over, picked him and put him back in the van, but I don't kow how much more he can take before there is permanent brain damage! I wish somebody would think of a whatchamacallit that would work like a belt and hold a kid in the car so that when he leaned against the door he wouldn't fall out!
