Brownie mix:
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup + 1 Tblsp. flour
1 can (16oz.) Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
6 Tblsp. butter
Frosting:
6 Tblsp. butter
6 Tblsp. cream or milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Brownie mix:
Stir together and spread on a greased and floured baking sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
Frosting:
Bring to boil and boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Beat well and spread on brownies.
