2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. cubed velveeta cheese
1 c. uncooked macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, melt margarine over low heat. Blend in flour, salt , and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is simooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk. Continue stirring until milk mixture comes to a boil. Boil and stir for one minute. Remove from heat.

After removing from heat, stir in cubed velveeta cheese. Stir until cheese is completely melted.

Meanwhile prepare macaroni according to package directions. When macaroni is tender, drain, and stir into cheese sauce.
