1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
1 c. milk
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar (granulated or powdered)
1 t. vanilla
12 ice cubes

Blend in a blender until smooth and ice is crushed. Serves 4 - 6.

Norma adds vanilla ice cream or orange sherbet as an option and uses chilled glasses. Used in her 7th grade exploratory class as a fun way to put dairy and fruits into the diet.

Nancy's students use this for breakfast & brunch & with her Basic Life Skills class as a beginning lab to measure.
