Crust: (by hand)
2 cups flour
1 cup oleo (margarine)
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Filling:
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
real lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix the crust ingredients really well by hand and press firmly into 9 X 11" glass pan, up the sides 1/2 inch until smooth. Bake 20 minutes at 350ºF.

Filling:
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add well-beaten eggs and lemon juice. Pour in to hot crust and bake 25 minutes at 350ºF or until lightly browned. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut. Keep refrigerated in glass or plastic- not metal. Even better after 2-3 days!
