5 Eggs
2 C. Melted Butter
2 C. Sugar
4 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Vanilla
Approx. 7 C. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Beat egg yolks, sugar, and melted butter. Beat egg whites separately until stiff. Then add to mixture. Add cream of tartar, baking soda, vanilla, and flour to form dough.
Refrigerate and roll dough a little at a time. Dust with sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
