2 cups bread cubes
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:

350º
Cut bread into cubes and place in buttered 1 quart baking dish. Scald milk. Beat eggs. Mix milk, eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread cubes - sprinkle top with cinnamon. Set dish in pan of water 1 inch deep.
Bake 1 hour at 350º until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
